Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Trial Attorney to join our trial legal team in the LA or Northern CA area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trial law, with the ability to manage and lead complex litigation cases from inception to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
– Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
– Develop case strategies and conduct legal research to support case preparation.
– Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
– Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and expert consultants to gather evidence and prepare testimony.
– Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients’ best interests.
– Mentor and provide guidance to junior attorneys and legal staff.
– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends relevant to trial law.
Qualifications:
– Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
– Admitted to practice law in the state of California.
– A minimum of 7-10 years of trial experience, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
– Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
– Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
– Demonstrated leadership and team collaboration abilities.
