Syntax Talent Solutions is working to hire an Investment Analysts or Associate to support ongoing M&A transactions within the healthcare and business services sectors. These individuals will play a critical role across all stages of live deals. Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain financial models to support valuation and deal analysis for transactions

Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including company overviews and investor presentations

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, recent transactions, and competitive landscapes

Identify and track potential investors and buyers in healthcare and business services sectors

Collaborate with senior team members and contribute to all phases of live deal execution

Maintain data accuracy within CRM and transaction tracking systems
Qualifications:

1–5 years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate development, or a related field

Bachelor’s degree from a reputable academic institution

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CapIQ, Pitchbook, or CRM platforms is a plus

Prior exposure to healthcare services or multi-site provider-based businesses is strongly preferred

Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
